I’m on the injury bench so the next best place to be is on cheerleader duties. When I spotted some familiar names on the starting grid and discovered it was their first cyclocross race I knew it was going to be a good day. Not the winner just winning. 2 hard falls last week knocked my confidence but I talked myself out of a DNF to cross the finish line with a broken soul.
